Bids may be placed any time until auction close. Any bid placed in the last minute leads to extended bidding of 2 minutes on any individual lot.

Winning bidders must pay the invoice we will send you after the auction in order to have your cards shipped to you.
We will ship to the address you registered with.
We will text you at the phone number you provided when you registered.
We will email you at the email address you provided.
We will use the email and phone number provided to send you the paypal invoice.
Buyer's will receive emails and or other communications from us if they are a winning bidder.
Any Item Not paid for within 5 days of auction completion will be considered abandoned.

Identification - all bidders are required to register to bid with true name and contact information..
Addition to or withdrawal from sale - the auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed. Auctioneer also reserves the right to add or modify lots as needed. However, a lot will not be significantly modified once a bid has been received.
The auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid. The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price.
Dispute between bidders - if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide the same or may immediately put the lot up for sale again, and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute.
Condition of items sold - the auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, estimated selling price of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloguing, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold “as is” and without recourse.
Manner of payment - all lots are to be paid in full by cash, credit card or debit card or electronic payment methods we accept before items may be received. No Checks. Once the auction is over and winning bidders have been notified, Auctioneer will send a separate Paypal Invoice to buyers. Winning bidder may inform Estate 48 via text at 248-626-4300 of their intention to pay in cash or some other method accepted by Estate 48. Winning bidders will receive an invoice with their total and payment methods.
All measurements and sizes - are approximate.
Minimum bids - may be placed on some items.
Removal/pickup – estate48.com hosts internet based auctions from homes throughout the area as well as from its warehouse location. All items must be picked up at those locations during the scheduled pickup days and time.
If, for any reason, a buyer fails to remove any winning items within the alloted time, Buyer forfeits said items and they will be considered abandoned. There is no refund for abandoned items.
In the event purchases are scheduled for local delivery, auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods damaged in transit or goods not removed within the alloted times.
Claims - no claims will be allowed after goods are removed from premises.
Personal and property risk - persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither the auctioneer, the home owner nor his principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held.
Records - the record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
All lots - to be sold as is, where is. All sales final. NO REFUNDS!
This sale is being conducted pursuant to section 2328 of the uniform commercial code and section 53.5 of the penal code.

The consignor/seller, or their agent reserve the right to bid on the seller's items. Consignors/Sellers will be responsible for all fees associated with buying back and listing their items. There are no discounts for buying back your items.

A note re: buyer’s premiums...
A buyer’s premium is a percentage additional charge on the hammer price (winning bid at auction) of the lot that must be paid by the winner. It is charged by the auctioneer to cover administrative expenses.
If the hammer price (final winning bid) is $100.00. You will pay
$100.00 hammer price
$20.00 buyer’s premium
$120.00 plus any shipping/delivery fees.
